Absolutely loved the convenience and cleanliness of Iroha Grand Hotel. It sits in the heart of Nara, making it easy to explore the main attractions. My room, the Standard Double Room, was clean and cozy. the flat-screen TV and electric kettle added a nice touch. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, which really made a difference. However, I faced a few issues. The bed in my room felt a bit too hard for my comfort, affecting my sleep. Additionally, breakfast was limited to only Japanese options, which didn't suit everyone. Yet, there's a wonderful bakery just across the street if you prefer something different. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, despite some minor drawbacks.

The check-in experience was incredibly frustrating, with staff insisting on a strict 5 pm check-in time when the website clearly states 2 pm. Not only that, but when I received my checkout notice, I was informed that check-out was at 10 am instead of the 11 am promised online, completely ruining my morning plans. Additionally, the laundry facilities were a nightmare—only three machines for the entire hotel, making the wait unbearable, especially since each cycle takes two hours. This was beyond inconvenient!

Iroha Grand Hotel Kintetsu Nara Ekimae offers a fantastic experience! The room was clean, spacious, and came with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. Just a short walk from the train station, it made navigating Nara so easy. Plus, the hotel decor is stylish, adding a nice touch to our stay.
